He looks up to see what is happening.<\/em><\/p>\r\nThe writer changed from past tense to present tense for no reason.\r\n<div class=\"bcc-box bcc-success\">\r\n<h3 itemprop=\"educationalUse\">Grammar Rule<\/h3>\r\nWhen you are telling a story or describing something, be sure to use the same tense -- unless you have a good reason not to.
