BCcampus Open Education is funded by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/governments\/organizational-structure\/ministries-organizations\/ministries\/advanced-education-skills-training\" rel=\"noopener\">British Columbia Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hewlett.org\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Hewlett Foundation<\/a>.\r\n\r\nOpen educational resources (OER) are teaching, learning, and research resources that, through permissions granted by the copyright holder, allow others to use, distribute, keep, or make changes to them.
