We also introduced some secondary ideas for you to consider. We encourage you to research other ways of creating digital well-being in your life, modelling it, and teaching it to your students.\n<div class=\"textbox textbox--examples\"><header class=\"textbox__header\">\n<p class=\"textbox__title\">Learner notes<\/p>\n\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"textbox__content\">This module is based on the lived experiences of the module developers, including their own teachings from Elders.
