Three versions are provided for the different individuals who might assist with an open textbook. In addition, a consent and release form is listed for interview subjects, as well as, an agreement for students who wish to publish their course work with a Creative Commons licence. This latter form is an adaptation of an agreement created by Kwantlen Polytechnic University.\r\n\r\nThese contracts, agreements, and form have not been reviewed by a legal expert. For questions or more information about contracts, please consult with a legal professional.\r\n
