EFQUEL's web site is well worth exploring. <a href=\"http:\/\/unique.efquel.org\/\">UNIQUe<\/a>\u00a0 is their e-learning quality assurance certificate\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jisc.ac.uk\/\">JISC<\/a>\u00a0is the UK university IT network organization and has an excellent\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jisc.ac.uk\/whatwedo\/programmes\/elearning.aspx\">e-learning programme<\/a>\u00a0that includes quality standards, research and innovation. Click <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ukoln.ac.uk\/qa-focus\/documents\/papers\/vine-126\/html\/index.html\">here for their QA focus blog<\/a>\r\n\r\n<strong>International organizations<\/strong>\r\n\r\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.epprobate.com\/\">epprobate<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>is an international quality label for courseware,\u00a0an\u00a0initiative of three organisations: The\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.learning-agency.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">Learning Agency Network (LANETO)<\/a>, the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.awt.be\/\" target=\"_blank\">Agence Wallonne des T\u00e9l\u00e9communication (AWT)<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0e-Learning Quality Service Center.\u00a0epprobate\u00a0has reviewers and partners in over 30 countries, and launched at the end of March 2012.\r\n\r\n<strong>Online education services for students<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThere are also other conditions beyond management and teaching that contribute toward high quality e-learning systems. Flexible transfer of credits that recognise qualifications taken online as well as face-to-face, and government web sites that provide accurate and reliable information about the quality online programs available within their jurisdiction, are also essential components of a high quality e-learning system.
