We are actively committed to increasing the accessibility and usability of the textbooks we produce.\r\n<h1>Accessibility features of the web version of this resource<\/h1>\r\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/opentextbc.ca\/workinginfoodserviceindustry\/\">web version of the <em>Working in the Food Service Industry<\/em><\/a> include the following features:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>It as been optimized for people who use screen-reader technology:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>all content can be navigated using a keyboard<\/li>\r\n \t<li>links, headings, tables use proper markup<\/li>\r\n \t<li>all images have text descriptions<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>It includes an option to increase font size. (See tab on top right of screen titled, \u201cIncrease Font Size.\u201d)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h1>Other file formats available<\/h1>\r\nIn addition to the web version, this book is available in a number of file formats including PDF, EPUB (for eReaders), MOBI (for Kindles), and various editable files.
