About the Author

Carellin Brooks has written four previous books: Every Inch a Woman, Wreck Beach, Fresh Hell, and One Hundred Days of Rain. She is a contract instructor at the University of British Columbia, Kwantlen Polytechnic University where she teaches pre-university English courses in Academic and Career Preparation, and Fairleigh Dickinson University Vancouver. She has taught since 2003.
