The BCcampus Micro-credential Toolkit for B.C. was written and supported by BCcampus to build capacity for the development of micro-credentials in British Columbia. The project was led by Ross McKerlich at BCcampus and the Competency Working Group. It was funded by the B.C. Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills (PSFS).

The BCcampus Micro-credential Toolkit for B.C. is an adaptation of the eCampusOntario’s Micro-credential Toolkit (2022) written by the Ontario Online Learning Consortium. This document was shared under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence with BCcampus to be adapted as an open education resource (OER) for the B.C. post-secondary sector.
