The MARC record set for books in the B.C. Open Textbook Collection was created according to a standard accepted by the BCLA Cataloguing and Technical Services Interest Group (BCCATS). The cataloguing closely conforms to the Provider Neutral Record Standard (PDF). Cataloguers at Vancouver Island University and Kwantlen Polytechnic University were directly involved with the creation of the records.
