Education PlannerBC: Helps learners make well informed decisions about their education and career options. Use the Plan section to find articles and information about the different paths along the student journey. Open textbooks and the B.C. Educational Technology Users Group (ETUG): Facilitates ways to enhance learning and teaching through technology. OpenETC: A community of educators, technologists, and designers focused on providing a more sustainable educational technology infrastructure for the post-secondary institutions of B.C.
Post-Secondary Communication Access Services (PCAS): Housed at BCIT, PCAS is available to all members of B.C.’s post-secondary system. The BC Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training funds this province-wide service to support access for students who are deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind.
Post-Secondary Directory: This resource, published by BCcampus Open Education, is a reference about open education activity in post-secondary institutions in British Columbia and across Canada.
Supporting Students with Disabilities course website: This course was a joint project involving the Justice Institute of BC, Camosun College, and Selkirk College. This project was made possible through funding from the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training in the Province of British Columbia.
Teaching + Learning: Sponsored by BCcampus, this portal lets B.C.’s post-secondary educators can promote and join their colleagues in professional development opportunities for teaching and learning around the province.
Virtual Lab and Science Resources Directory: This resource was published by BCcampus Open Education lists free science resources designed to support remote science education.
Working Group Guide: This resource was published by BCcampus Open Education for librarians, staff, and faculty who support or are supporting open education at their institution and are starting or running an open working group. This resource contains three sections to help users establish, run, and sustain a working group.
