Access has been a  Canada for some time,and, if it can be said that there has been any shift in this issue, it is perhaps for the worse. We hope that this manual will facilitate your navigation through your specific litigious issue and that, in so doing, that it might also contribute a greater measure of access to justice for all British Columbians.
